Rates are exclusive of applicable Taxes.
Tax Rate – 18% GST ( 9% CGST and 9% SGST.)
Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost.
In case of Triple Occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as extra person (With Mattress).

Any individual transfer (on chargeable basis). No transfers will be available after above timing.
Allotment of tent to guest arriving before check-in time will be subject to availability.

Distance from Bhuj to Tent City, Dhordo is approx. 85 km, which takes about 1 hr 45 min.
Complimentary refreshment enroute Dhordo in bus.

05:00 PM to 05:30 PM	Transfer to Kutch White Rann to witness the Grandeur of Sunset. Mode of transfer can be through Camel Cart / Bus on first come first basis. Guest will have to return by the same mode of transfer to rann of kutch festival

08:30 AM onwards	Complimentary Tour to Mandvi Kutch Mandvi is an important beach famous among travelers for peace and solitude. Mandvi has beautiful white sand, serene locales and enchanting sunset views. Dist. from Tent City is approx. 140 kms one way.
11:00 AM to 12:30 PM	Visit Vijay Vilas Palace The great palace of Mandvi was built in 1929 by highness Maharao Khengarji, The Maharao of Kutch, as a summer resort. This palace has domed terrace that gives a panoramic view of the sea. It presents eccentric blend of architectural styles.It has interiors made like offices where the king used to work, it has rooms for entertainment and loyal living quarters.
01:00 PM to 02:00 PM	Visit Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial Shyamji Krishna Varma was born on 04th October,1857 in Mandvi Town of Kutch District of Gujarat. He was one of the foremost freedom fighters in the history of freedom movement of India with high sense of patriotism and selfless service for nation. He had organized a revolutionary center in “India House” at London and propagated the cause of India’s independence through his writings in his publication journal called “The Indian Sociologist”.The memorial’s objective is to pay tribute to the contribution of Shyamji Krishna Varma and also to educate the young generation about those great Indians who sacrificed everything for the country’s freedom.

06:30 PM onwards	Return transfer to Tent City,Dhordo.
09:00 PM to 10:00 PM	Dinner at respective dinning area.
08:30 PM to 10:30 PM	Enjoy the culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities.

Day 3

06:00 AM to 06:30 AM	Morning Tea
06:30 AM to 07:00 AM	Transfer to White Rann to witness the grandeur of sunrise.
07:30 AM to 10:00 AM	Breakfast at respective Dining Area.
10:00 AM to 12:30 PM	Enjoy in-house activities.
12:30 PM to 02:30 PM	Lunch at respective Dining Area
02:30 PM to 07:30 PM	Complimentary Tour to Kala Dungar (Black Hill) Kala Dungar is the highest point in Kutch. On the route visit to Handicraft Village “Gandhi Nu Gaam” Tea/Coffee shall be provided at Kala Dungar Complimentary Refreshment in bus.
07:30 PM to 10:00 PM	Dinner at Respective Dining Area.
08:30 PM to 10:30 PM	Enjoy the Culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities.

Day 4

9:30 AM	Check out from Tent City
9:30 AM to 10:30 AM	Departure to Bhuj with a complimentary sight-seeing places of interest in Bhuj.

Complimentary Bhuj Sightseeing Places:

Sri Swami Narayan Temple
(Approx. time 20 minutes) Made of marble, intricate carvings adorn the pillars and ceiling of the most expensive temple built in the state of Gujarat recently.
Aina Mahal
(Approx. time 30 minutes) Aina Mahal is an 18th century palace in Bhuj, Gujarat, India. It is located next to the Prag Mahal. The walls of the Palace are of White Marble covered with mirrors separated by gilded ornaments with shades of Venetian glass.
Bhujodi (Handicraft Village & Craft Park)
(Approx. time 40 minutes) Hiralaxmi Craft Park - A vision to preserve, restore and promote the arts of Kutch and making them accessible to masses. This Handicraft Village is where live artisans can be seen creating their crafts.
The cost of entry ticket (if any) will be borne by the guest.
In case guest has to reach Railway Station / Airport / Bus Stand earlier for their onward journey, they will have to arrange on their own. Time of any such departure to be notified at the reception at the time of check-in.

25% retention charges, if cancelled more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival.
50% retention charges, if cancelled more than 20 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 45 days).
100% retention charges, if cancelled less than 20 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Changes in guest names would be treated as Cancellation.

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:
1. Pickup from Bhuj [Railway Station / Airport] to Dhordo Tent City. [All transfers shall be in A.C. Coaches on S.I.C. basis]
2. Drop from Dhordo to Bhuj [Railway Station/Airport],
3. Complimentary refreshments will be served en route Dhordo Tent City in the bus.
4. 3 Night/4 Day Package includes Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 2nd & 3rd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 4th Day. The meals will be served as per scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 4th Day.
5. Visit to White Ran on Day 1; visit to Mandvi on Day 2 and visit to Kala Dungar on Day 3 in 3 Night/4 Days package whereas Visit to White Ran on Day 1 and Visit to Kala Dungar on Day 2 in 2 Night/3 Days package are fixed & cannot be interchanged. Guest who have missed the visit as per Itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.
6. Accommodation in Tent is on twin sharing basis.
7. Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent.

Given rates is not included govt. service tax and shall be charged as per prevailing rates.

Pick-up and drop-off are only from Bhuj Airport or Bhuj Railway Station by AC Coach as per the schedule timings of rann utsav festival.

The voucher issued in respect of the package for Kutch Rann Utsav is to be furnished compulsory along with valid ID proofs of each guest at reception counter at the time of check in.

In case of a delayed arrival of Train or Flight, the guest will be transferred to rann utsav Tent City in next available transfer.
In case of late arrival at rann utsav tent city, guest will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.

In case of early arrival at rann utsav tent city, guest may be required to wait at waiting lounge till the availability of tent.

Certain Adventures Sports Activities at rann of kutch festival like Para Motoring, All Terrain Vehicles, Hot Air Balloons etc are provided by various specialized operators appointed by rann utsav package organizer inside the rann utsav tent city. Guest should understand and acknowledge the physical and mental rigors and risks associated with the activities at kutch festival. These adventure sports at rann of kutch are inherently dangerous and represent an extreme test of a person’s physical and mental conditions. Activities at rann of kutch festival involve risks and dangers which may include, without limitation, the potential for serious bodily injury, sickness and disease, permanent disability, paralysis and loss of life loss of or damage to equipment/property; accidents. The adventure sports operators of white rann festival may ask the guests to sign an indemnity in favor of the operator for doing such activities. We at AtoZ Holidays assume no responsibility whatsoever for the activities and services provided by the kutch tour operators. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions (Including negligence) of those operators of kutch. We in no way could be made responsible for any injuries or accidents to anybody doing these activities. The Guest is required to understand the associated risks and competencies of the operators before undertaking these activities.

Any amendments with respect to change in check in dates would attract 15% Amendment charge. Date amendment can be made maximum 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Any change in guest/guest names would be treated as cancellation and would attract cancellation charges as stipulated.

Please note that the cooling of A.C. in vehicle will be maintained as per the temperature comfortable to the majority of guest present in the vehicles.

Any incidental, personal and other expenses and cost of items which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions of kutch rann utsav tour package are to be borne by the guest.

Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guest are requested to take care of their belongings during their stay at kutch rann utsav.

The vehicles used for transfers shall not be at sole disposal of guest during rann festival.

This is an indicative itinerary & subject to change depending upon circumstances at the sole discretion of management of rann utsav.

In case of late/early transfers for check-out, guest will have to inform while check in at reception counter of kutch utsav for arrangement of vehicle and it will be on chargeable basis.

The timing of transfers to and fro White Rann and/or Kaladungar may vary according to the sunset timing & climatic conditions

White Rann is a unique natural formation. It’s subjected to whims of nature. Rann utsav organizer does not assume responsibility in respect to formation of Rann or any other unexpected changes.

Distance from rann utsav to white Rann is approx. 6 kms. It takes approx. 40 mins by Camel cart. Guest are requested to come early to catch Camel cart so as to reach before sunset.

All tents at rann of kutch festival are Strictly Non – Smoking as per Government Rules.

Guest have to follow the rann utsav Rules and applicable law of the land.
